  1. Your log-in name is actually your e-mail address. Enter this, using only lower case characters.
  2. Check that you are entering the password correctly. Special characters in particular can regularly cause problems.

Your log-in name is your e-mail address. Your log-in name can only comprise lower-case letters.

You can set a new password by clicking on "Forgotten your password?" on the log-in screen. You are then asked to enter your user name (e-mail address). Fill in one of the two fields and click on "Send". You will then be sent new access details within a short while. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please contact the support team. They will be happy to help you.

The e-learning course is created in Flash. You will need a standard Flash-Player. The e-learning course can run in any standard browser, provided that the version is not more thant 2 years old. Please ensure that the pop-up blocker is not activated for this application.

  1. If you use Internet Explorer: Click on the "Tools" button in the top right corner, then select "Internet options". In the "Privacy" tab, select "Settings" in the "Pop-up Blocker" section. Under "Exceptions, enter the address "https://learning.tuvsud.com". Click on "Add". Now close the window and restart the e-learning course.
  2. If you use Mozilla Firefox: Click on the Menu button in the top right corner and select "Options". Under "Content", click on "Exceptions" in the "Pop-ups" section and enter the address "https://learning.tuvsud.com". Click on "Allow". Restart Mozilla Firefox or reload the e-learning course.
